Who are we?
The Capital Hockey School
In operation since 1979, the École de field hockey de la Capitale offers individualized programming for field hockey and ringette sports. Our primary goal is to pass on our passion for the sport to the next generation. Located at the PEPS of Laval University in Sainte-Foy, we welcome players and goalies of all levels between the ages of 5 and 17 who wish to live a fun and enriching experience.

Winter session 2023: from January 31 to April 11, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm, at the PEPS of Laval University
- Available for all field hockey players! There is no age category or caliber required to register.
- Available under reservation, it is possible to followprivate lessons private or semi-private classes to receive special attention and to work on the desired aspects.
