In case of cancellation for our summer camps, no refunds will be possible after May 15, 2023.
In the event of a spring break cancellation, no refunds will be issued after February 15, 2023.
In the event of an injury or other medical cause, you will receive a credit note on your file.
École de field hockey de la Capitale reserves the right to keep a $100 administration fee for any registration cancellation.
Statements 24 are created upon request. Please send us an email with the following information.
- Parent’s name
- Child’s name
- Child’s date of birth
- Parent’s social insurance number
- Parent’s home address
- The amount disbursed to our school in 2022
Please note that the deadline for receiving your Statement 24 is March 31, 2023.
The different groups are formed by our coaches from the first day of the course. Players are grouped according to age and technical ability. If we find that a child would benefit from better instruction in another group, we will be happy to make the change during the week.
Yes, certainly! However, in order for everyone to get the most out of their experience, you are asked not to be a distraction to your child.

Yes, during on-ice sessions, full field hockey or ringette equipment must be worn. Each participant must have his own equipment.
It is simply in prevention if one of the two breaks when the participant is on the ice. However, you are not required to have two sticks if this is not possible.
