Fall 2022 Session

10 sessions – October 18 to December 20, 2022 – 5:15pm to 6:15pm – PEPS of Laval University

Due to high demand, the École de field hockey de la Capitale is back with a vengeance with these weekly sessions. For the end of 2022, we are offering a 10-session program, with the option to join us for 5 or 10 classes! Our sessions include power skating, shooting, passing, puck handling, etc.

In order to increase the efficiency and quality of our weekly sessions, we are trying a new formula. For the next session, we will only accept field hockey players, unlike in the past when goaltenders and ringette players were also included.

We recommend that you arrive early so that your child is ready to go on the ice at 5:15 pm. The locker room to be used will be indicated to you upon your arrival in the arena. Thank you.

Offered each season, our weekly sessions offer one hour of ice time per week. Supervised by one of our coaches, these sessions are designed to improve individual techniques and progress, one week at a time.

Weekly sessions are available for all players! There is no age category or caliber required to register. Looking for an activity to do with your child on a weeknight? Do you have a youngster who wants to improve his or her field hockey skills? We are waiting for you!
