The weekly program is general (E.H.C.1).

star On the ice, there are 4 groups composed of 6 players and one goaltender of the same category.

star Each group is supervised by one coach.

star The exercices lead the players to skate with the puck, pass and receive, and at the end, shoot on the goaltender.

star Every 3 weeks, 20 minutes of the training are for power-skating.
